Despite what some online sources tried to report, Marvel Studios will produce Thor 2 and get in in theaters on July 26, 2013. Chris Hemsworth will be in the title role, with  unlike the original, Kenneth Branagh in a producer role this time. So far the first film made around $437 million worldwide.
